    TEAM MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES.

    Thecore team manager roles and responsibilities are to help the employees completetheir tasks so the business meets its targets.

    Operations he / she will oversee include :

  • Managingteam and project budget
  • Planningand setting goals for the team
  • Conductingperformance evaluations of employees
  • Supportingemployees with training and development activities
  • Monitoringteam performance to ensure objectives are met
  • Providingfeedback sensitively and in a timely manner to management
  • Generatingreports and giving presentations.
  • Developingand implementing growth strategies
  • Improvingrevenue.
  • Reporting : Reports on all daily business operations to CEO / chairmanas required.

    EXPERIENCE& EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

    Minimum ofFirst Degree in Engineering / Facilities management / Marketing.

    Excellentunderstanding of facilities and property management operations

    Minimum of six years of facility / property management experience,with at least 3 or more years of managerial and supervisory experience.
