This HRD role based in West Africa is an opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is looking to work in a dynamic energetic, fast paced and growing organisation.

The HRD will be able to bring the necessary organisation and professionalising in HR policies and procedures that is needed for the company at this stage in its growth.

The organisation is a growth business with a population of approximately 500 currently and growing at pace up to 1000 staff in next 12 months.

The HRD manages the HR team, the L&D team and operates as part of the businesses executive board.

The HRD must also have experience of working in a fast paced dynamic growth environment with a population of at least 500.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This HRD role is an opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is looking to work in a dynamic energetic, fast paced and growing organisation.

The HRD will be able to bring the necessary organisation and professionalising in HR policies and procedures that is needed for the company at this stage in its growth.

The organisation is a growth business with a population of approximately 500 currently and growing at pace up to 1000 staff in next 12 months.

The HRD manages the HR team, the L&D team and operates as part of the businesses executive board.

The HRD must also have experience of working in a fast paced dynamic growth environment with a population of at least 500.

The HRD will bring experience of working in the HR function is an established business with a keen desire to work in a fast-

paced environment and within a company that is making a real difference to life in Africa. The HRD will be responsible for setting the strategy with the rest of the executive and working in an operational capacity delivering personally and through the HR teams on the ground in the different geographies.

The HRD will be fluent in English and ideally in French also.

Speaking other local languages would be advantageous.

The HRD must bring experience of working across geographies in sub-Saharan Africa with outstanding interpersonal skills with a can-

do attitude coupled with the ability and motivation to engage where needed within the business. This is a diverse role working closely with and directly to the CEO.

Education :

University - Bachelor's Degree / 3-4 Year Degree
