Our client is a major player in the ICT solutions space for corporate and government clients in Ghana, providing end-to-end service, covering communications, information systems, applications development, data centres and systems solutions.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company.
This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Identify propose and close business solutions to clients including commercial server solutions and the company’s portfolio of services
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
Maintain existing business
Think critically when planning to assure project success
Manage and drive a sales team to meet defined targets, goals and closing of deals
Manage business leads, SLAs and critical business agreements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales or equivalent
Indepth understanding of cloud / security / commercial IT services
MBA will be an advantage
5 years’ prior industry related business development experience
3 years in managerial role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
