Sc. Business Administration(Human Resources Management) Description

Your main activities will be to :

  • Undertake some tasks in the General Manager’s office including scheduling of appointments etc.
  • Deal with enquiries related to the organization.
  • Manage information sent and received.
  • Manage incoming and out-going visitors.
  • Track documents received and sent from the plant.
  • Ensure that office equipment especially telephones are in good condition.
  • Manage office calendar including scheduling of appointments and setting up of management meetings.
  • Be responsible for Training room, reception, operations room, conference room and canteen.
  • Research / work on Human Resource Information System.
  • Keep record of time for buses and submit to HR officer on a monthly basis.
  • Take inventory of office stationery and supplies.
