Templedata Ghana is looking for 1st and 2nd Level frontline IT Systems Support Analyst to work within a Technical Support team.
The candidates will be expected to operate within SLA / OLA standards agreed by the Templedata Ghana with client. The Technical Support team is responsible for the installation of systems and to provide a continual maintenance and security services for clients.

The candidates must be willing to undertake training for 4months in order to fulfil certain aspects of the requirements of the job.
Main Duties and Responsibilities :
Works under own initiative to diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults for clients.
Providing a responsive and effective hardware, software, network and phone support in accordance with Templedata Ghana service level agreements for clients.
Ensuring that customer calls are handled in accordance with the Service Desk call management procedures (this includes full and accurate call notes).
Management and installation of communication and computer systems.
Maintains security and integrity of all IT Systems and Equipment.
Managing customer complaints ensuring they are escalated as appropriate.
Supervises junior support staff on a daily basis
Required Skills or Experience
At least 3 years recent experience in an IT support environment
A solid understanding of network, servers and telephony technology
Experience of working as part of a team / group
Experience of prioritizing workload and working to set time parameters
Previous work of a face to face customer service nature
Experience of handling confidential information
Experience of providing IT support function, preferably within a large organization
