  • Provides financial information tomanagement by analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
  • Prepares asset, liability, andcapital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Documents financial transactions byentering account information.
  • Recommends financial actions byanalyzing accounting options.
  • Summarizes current financial statusby collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement,and other reports.
  • Substantiates financial transactionsby auditing documents.
  • Maintains accounting controls bypreparing and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Reconciles financial discrepanciesby collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Secures financial information bycompleting database backups.
  • Maintains financial security byfollowing internal controls.
  • Prepares payments by verifyingdocumentation, and requesting disbursements.
  • Complies with federal, state, andlocal financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation,enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
  • Prepares special financial reportsby collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Maintains customer confidence andprotects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
  • Ensures all Debtors pay up.
