Office manager needed to perform administrative duties and manage our showroom at Spintex with great efficiency as well as increase productivity.
Minimum Qualification : Degree
Experience Level : Executive level
Experience Length : 2 years
Presents products to all walk-in customers and / or scheduled visitors.
Handles all calls received from end user customers.
Inspect and Maintains a clean,orderly showroom
Office or showroom maintenance
Works with Manager for new products and displays.
Tracks monthly showroom expenditures
Provides monthly report.
Assists customers with day-to-day sales activities when the need be
Answer questions from customers concerning general information and product pricing.
Provide additional higher level support to the sales process such as more active involvement in presentations.
Perform additional tasks as requested by General Manager.
Experience, Skill and Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or 2-4 years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in the building materials industry is a plus
Good inter-personal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Detail orientation, highly organized.
Ability to multi-task and manage several deadlines.
Basic understanding of design process.
Interest in supporting, and perhaps one day joining, the Sales function of the business.
Ability to work independently and be self-directed
