Job Summary

Office manager needed to perform administrative duties and manage our showroom at Spintex with great efficiency as well as increase productivity.

  • Job Description

  • Presents products to all walk-in customers and / or scheduled visitors.
  • Handles all calls received from end user customers.
  • Inspect and Maintains a clean,orderly showroom
  • Office or showroom maintenance
  • Works with Manager for new products and displays.
  • Tracks monthly showroom expenditures
  • Provides monthly report.
  • Assists customers with day-to-day sales activities when the need be
  • Answer questions from customers concerning general information and product pricing.
  • Provide additional higher level support to the sales process such as more active involvement in presentations.
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by General Manager.
  • Experience, Skill and Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or 2-4 years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in the building materials industry is a plus
  • Good inter-personal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Detail orientation, highly organized.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of design process.
  • Interest in supporting, and perhaps one day joining, the Sales function of the business.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-directed
